Biography and Background

Ellen Taracido has an extensive 20 year background in Sales and Marketing. Ellen takes pride in helping others sell their homes in the shortest amount of time for the highest price possible, or in helping a buyer purchase their perfect home. She devotes her total attention and energy to the art of listening to people's needs, educating them on the market and paying attention to every detail in a transaction. "I know that buying or selling a home can be overwhelming and challenging without the right agent. The buyer and seller need someone who is on their side, who will do their research, listen, and really understand their goals. All of my sales experience has given me the insight to work closely with my clients, learn what they need and expect, clear any bumps in the road and then ultimately deliver exactly what they want and need."

Ellen became involved in real estate when she purchased her first co-op apartment in the prestigious Sutton Place area in Manhattan. She subsequently purchased, renovated and sold numerous investment properties and found the experience not only compelling, but also highly rewarding. "I perceive the selection of a home is a key element in most of our lives. I believe that a home is the foundation on which we build our lives. It showcases who we are, what we value and what makes us happy. Buying and selling real estate is my passion and I am committed to assisting my clients in all of their real estate needs.
